Ichiban-Hoshi Teru (Japanese: 一番星 テル) is a minor character in Kamiwaza Wanda and the chairman of Kirakira First Street. He is known for running his own wagashi sweet store.

Ichiban-Hoshi Teru is a grown-up man with black eyes. He wears a black wig, a red shirt, a white jacket, sky-blue trousers, black shoes and a gold pendant-and-chain.
Personality[]
Ichiban-Hoshi Teru is Kirakira First Street's chairman and a man known for running his own wagashi sweet store Teru's Wagashi Shop. He is also known for organising events at Kirakira First Street such as the food festival in episode 7. Ichiban-Hoshi Teru's wig appears to be removable according to episode 14.

Kamiwaza Wanda[]
Ichiban-Hoshi Teru made his debut in episode 4 when he felt a sudden chill whilst walking thanks to Bug-Freezemin.
In episode 6, Ichiban-Hoshi Teru was playing shogi with Jii Yota as his opponent. Later, he, along with Mr. Kohinata, Mrs. Kohinata and a fishmonger, all wish Mirai good luck in the singing competition.
Ichiban-Hoshi Teru made his major appearance in episode 7 when he ran the food festival at Kirakira First Street.
Ichiban-Hoshi Teru had his wig blown off by Bug-Senpuumin with Jii Yota's electric fan in episode 14.
Ichiban-Hoshi Teru announced a marathon race, with Kirakira First Street as the starting and finishing lines, in episode 16.
In episode 19, Ichiban-Hoshi Teru was about to go out to get interviewed by Nicole but Yuto and Wanda noticed that Ichiban-Hoshi Teru was not perfectly ready and is in his robe. Yuto summons Kagimin in order to lock the wagashi sweet store's door to prevent Nicole from seeing Ichiban-Hoshi Teru when Ichiban-Hoshi Teru himself is like that.
In episode 22, Ichiban-Hoshi Teru was seen doing his usual workout when his sweat attracted others, all thanks to Bug-Sumerumin.
In episode 24, Ichiban-Hoshi Teru was made to become attractive to female customers by Bug-Shugamin.
In episode 25, Ichiban-Hoshi Teru helped Wanda make a delicious idea for 4 of Yuto's friends to try: Wanda-daifuku. He and Wanda didn't notice that Bug-Spicesmin was making the Wanda-daifuku become too spicy.
Thanks to Bug-Motemin, Ichiban-Hoshi Teru was attracted by the entertainer Takezo Panda in episode 30. That was until Bug-Motemin was captured and debugged by Yuto.
Ichiban-Hoshi Teru got turned into a kabuki in episode 31 when he had his face painted on by Bug-Artmin.
In episode 36, Ichiban-Hoshi Teru was seen gargling.
In episode 41, Ichiban-Hoshi Teru made a speech of being a fan of the HKT48-style idol trio. He later danced with that said idol trio when a purple fog surrounded him, them and anyone else at Kirakira First Street.
Ichiban-Hoshi Teru appeared in episode 44. He was one of the people who admire Amazing until the 2 Promins Jetmin and Turbomin got rebugged, becoming Bug-Jetmin and Bug-Turbomin.
Ichiban-Hoshi Teru made cameo appearances in episode 46 and episode 47.
